I recently stayed at the holiday park as part of a large group from Vikings Futsal. I would like to commend the staff who looked after us. They were absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. They were pleasant and helpful, even at 6.30 in the morning when they were serving breakfast to hungry 12 year olds. Thank you, looking forward to returning next year.

Thanks to all the staff at Sydney Gateway Holiday Park for your above and beyond service that you provided to my three friends and I. We had a lovely time staying in the Netball Villa, I was very impressed with the high standard of cleanliness and presentation of the Villa. It felt like home away from home and I could have stayed an extra week. We all appreciated the accommodation upgrade along with the super friendly, efficient and helpful service. We would like to extend our thanks for the exceptional level of service and attention to detail provided to us on our recent stay in your park. We also stayed in your park last year. Our Booking this year was originally arranged with the expert assistance of Melissa. We were both checked in and out by Sharon, who was extremely professsional on both occasions.

Westhaven is an accommodation service for adults with an intellectual disability. We travelled to Sydney to attend several NRL games in the Sydney area. Our group comprised of 16 residents, 2 staff and 2 volunteers. We had the opportunity to stay in the Allawah Lodge. The rooms were all beautifully clean and inviting after our trip, which ensured a comfortable stay for our 2 nights. We proceeded to take full advanatage of the facilities, including the kitchen, common room and bbq area.

Thank you again for making our football trip to Sydney such a success. We plan on making this an annual event for our residents.
