The Lodge officially opened on June 12th, 2009. The opening brings a unique style of accommodation to Sydney, catering directly to large groups, single travellers and is ideal for business travellers or families looking for a cheaper alternative in modern, comfortable surroundings.
Sleeping up to 40 people, the Lodge provides a large common room with modern cooking facilities and a spacious entertainment area, in a secure and welcoming environment.
The Lodge consists of 16 rooms, each with their own ensuite. 12 rooms have king size beds that can easily convert to king singles. An additional 4 rooms can sleep up to 4 persons in bunk style accommodation. 4 of the rooms can also interconnect with the double rooms, making these rooms perfect for families.
There is also parking available for up to 10 cars, 1 mini bus and 3 coaches.

In July this year, Sydney Gateway Holiday Park were proudly presented with a Gold Gumnut Award. This is the highest level of achievement in the Gumnut Awards Program which is an environmental initiative of the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA).
Sydney Gateway Holiday Park achieved Gold Gumnut status after successful completion of a comprehensive and context specific environmental plan for the holiday park. A Gold Gumnut Award reflects that the park is building on environmental strengths and significantly improving where environmental focus was a priority. All staff are proud to achieve Gold status and continue their strong commitment to sustainable initiatives to protect the surrounding environment to benefit the park guests and community.
