Are you interested in knowing more about residential park living?

The first step is to arrange a visit, please bring a family member along with you. We encourage people to visit our village on weekdays and weekends as this gives you an opportunity to meet as many of our existing residents as possible, and find out why they have already made that all important lifestyle change. You will discover that you will be living with people at a similar age group with similar interests: All developing a new lifestyle and making new friends. We have Rules & Guidelines which are in place for the benefit of all residents. We will give you a copy of these for you to take home and read at your leisure.

Utility Services connected to each site includes:

• Water
• Electricity
• Phone line
• Sewer
• Gas (LPG/bottle - dependent on what area of the park)

The cost of living at Parklea Garden Village:

• Site Rental: Fees range from $143.19 to $164.97 per week (as of Sept '08)
• Security boomgate card deposit (refundable): $15
• Residential Tenancies Agreement (as per Residential Park Act 1998): $15
• Gas deposit (refundable) $20 OR
• Electricity deposit (refundable): $20
• Electricity, water and gas are seperately metered

Can your site rental fees change?

Yes! We increase our fees once per year. This means that your pension and rental assistance is adjusted at the same time to accommodate this increase.
