Sydney Gateway Holiday Park was recently awarded the winner of the Caravan & Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA) Award of Excellence in Environmental Innovation - Park.
Sydney Gateway also received a commendation and finalist award for Best South Coast Park, 31/2 to 4 stars (more than 100 sites).
More than 250 guests gathered at The Sheraton on the Park in Sydney for the annual Awards of Excellence, which recognise caravan, RV and camping businesses for industry excellence across 24 categories.
The prestigious awards are one of the biggest nights for the caravan and camping industry and the awards are the highest accolade that a caravan, RV or camping business can achieve.
Winner - Gold Gumnut Award

In July this year, Sydney Gateway Holiday Park was proudly presented with a Gold Gumnut Award. This is the highest level of achievement in the Gumnut Awards Program which is an environmental initiative of the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA).
Sydney Gateway Holiday Park achieved Gold Gumnut status after successful completion of a comprehensive and context specific environmental plan for the holiday park. A Gold Gumnut Award reflects that the park is building on environmental strengths and significantly improving where environmental focus was a priority. The staff are proud to achieve Gold status and continue their strong commitment to sustainable initiatives to protect the surrounding environment to benefit the park guests and community.
