Life at Parklea Garden Village can be as active or as leisurely as you wish to make it. Whether you take advantage of some or all of these facilities and activities is entirely up to you - they are here for you to enjoy!

Parklea Garden Village has an active social club run by the residents,  which is supported and encouraged by management. We work together to provide activities we believe our residents want to be involved in and enjoy. Our activities change according to our resident's needs.

SECURITY

When you make the decision to become a resident of Parklea Garden Village, you will be coming into a village knowing that the park has put in place security measures to help protect residents and their homes.

We are proud of the level of security enjoyed by our residents. The following points ensure that the village is a safe environment for our residents to live in:

BOOM GATES:

Access to the village is restricted to holders of swipe cards and visitor pin numbers. Residents are each given their own boomgate card together with 2 visitor numbers that they can give out to their visitors.

SECURITY CAMERAS:

Security cameras are installed around the village

ON SITE MANAGERS:

We have managers who live on-site and are available 24 hours a day

There is also the comfort of living in a friendly Neighbourhood Watch Community.
